Damages and Issues

Please inspect the product(s) using the inspection manual included with all products upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

We will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
