As soon as your order is placed, our team will immediately begin processing your order and getting it shipped out. We require a processing time of 1-3 business days.

Note: Some products are MTO (Make-To-Order) and require 6-8 weeks of lead time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. Don't worry if the tracking number doesn't show an available package within the first 24 hours—the system may take a day or so to catch up.

You can expect to receive your order within 5-21 business days. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us on info@aluexbeams.com so we can follow up with the shipping service.
